Cheryl Lynn Bell -vs- State of Oklahoma
Cheryl Lynn Bell was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of First Degree Misdemeanor Manslaughter in the District Court of Grady County, Case No. CF-2004-196. In accordance with the jury’s recommendation, the Honorable Richard G. Van Dyck sentenced Bell to two sentences of five years imprisonment, to run consecutively, (one after the other).

After an injunction was denied in Federal Court, and the blitz by the main stream media, at midnight on the 31st of October, 2007, a landmark immigration law took effect in Oklahoma. Bomb Scare at Informant's Home
Chickasha Police Department was called to the home of Richard Cochran, a known informant for the District Attorney's office today for a suspicious package in his mailbox. It was described as a package with a fuse sticking out of it. Streets surrounding Flanders in Chickasha were closed to traffic and residents were asked to stay in their homes. The all clear was sounded shortly after 1 pm as the package turned out to be nothing of importance.

Red Dirt Music Festival to Return
With much opposition from the Chickasha City Council and Mayor Greg Elliot, the Red Dirt Music Festival hosted by Curtis Hart at the Muscle Car Ranch is to be rescheduled within the next six weeks for rain out ticket holders and others.
Grand Jury Petition Obtained 
The Grady County Gazette is in receipt of a six page document titled "Petition for Impaneling the Grand Jury". The document was recently received with a cover letter indicating it being a felony for anyone to sign the petition for the convening of a grand jury with any name other than his own.
Chickasha – One Week After the Flood
Remnants of Tropical Storm Erin spun over the area in the early morning darkness of Sunday August 19, dumping an estimated 5 to 7 inches of rain. Driving through downtown one week later, one sees sandbags and plastic sheeting still lining many Chickasha businesses. Numerous doors have paper signs posted stating they are closed. 
Equal Justice For All? That Depends
On August 8, 2007, the Chickasha Express Star quoted District Attorney Bret Burns as saying “Our plans are to ask that she (Bomgardner) go to jail. She violated the public trust and she should go to jail.” Ms. Bomgardner is currently charged with one (1) count of embezzlement while employed with the City of Minco in the capacity of City Clerk. In light of the fact that she is accused of embezzling approximately $700 from the City, Mr. Burns’ comment seems rather extreme considering the following.

New Toll Road Hype in Oklahoma
Robert Poole, a mechanical engineer who has advised the administrations of George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush to privatize U.S. highways, estimates that more than $25 billion in Public-Private-Partnership, or PPP, highway projects are planned or approved in the United States. Now, a prominent Oklahoma state representative has invited Poole to promote his PPP toll road ideas, a move evidently designed to counter growing citizen opposition.

Oklahoma State Senator Brogdon urges the US to withdraw from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America
It has been reported that Idaho is one of 14 state legislatures where resolutions have been introduced to oppose the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) and The North American Union (NAU). Only Idaho has completed the approval process. In Utah, the Senate failed to vote on that state's encouragement to have the U.S. withdraw from the SPP.
Morgellon's Disease
Most individuals with Morgellons disease report disturbing crawling, stinging, and biting sensations, as well as non-healing skin lesions, which are associated with highly unusual structures. In the photo of this report, a facial lesion was  removed from a three year old boy, along with it were attached fibers embedded in his skin.
