- Attorneys
for the Defense were busy yesterday afternoon at the Grady
County Courthouse filing motions on behalf of their clients. One
notice and four motions were filed on behalf of Robert Cacy, One
notice and two motions were filed on behalf of Helen Howell
McMullen and One notice and six motions were filed on behalf of
Kieran McMullen.

Also
filed was the defense’s Joint Witness and Exhibit Lists, which
have been obtained by the Grady County Gazette and are being
published within this article.
